Benicia Cabinetry's Morbidelli Author 600K2 CNC panel router was
added to our shop in 2004. This machine handles all of the panel
machining and cutting operations for the shop. utilizing a CNC
controller it directly transforms what you create with our designers,
into the individual parts for your job. Using a computerized machine
that machines the parts, and cuts them out at the same time creates
much more accurate cabinets than other options would allow.
Benicia Cabinetry's Gannomat Index Trend 1300 CNC Doweling Machine was added to our shop in 2007. This machine handles all of the horizontal boring and doweling operations for the shop. utilizing a CNC controller it allows accurate, tight dowel joints to be made. Dowel jointed construction is one of the strongest methods of joining cabinets together in existence.
